Two Gingers Craft Gins walked away with five awards in its first year of operation, for Pink Pomelo, Spice Route and Soul Flame (and we’ve since launched a fourth gin, La Primavera).
The first two awards came from the Merit Wine and Spirit Challenge, which is held each year in August. A panel of diverse panellists, which accommodates the opinions of different generations of gin drinkers not always bound by traditions, chose their favourite gins. Both Spice Route and Soul Flame won Gold Merit Awards.

This year the SA Craft Gin Awards panel of judges awarded Double Golds for both Pink Pomelo and Soul Flame, as well as a Gold Award for Spice Route. These Awards are dedicated to South African Craft Gins, to celebrate and promote craft gins distilled in South Africa.
